5. Psychological stress

During pregnancy preparation, it is recommended to maintain a regular daily routine and consume foods rich in folate, zinc, and vitamin E in a balanced manner, such as dark vegetables, nuts, whole grains, etc. Moderate exercise helps regulate the endocrine system, but vigorous exercise should be avoided. Quitting smoking, limiting alcohol consumption, and controlling caffeine intake are beneficial for improving the quality of reproductive cells.
