Whether abnormal blood routine affects employment depends on the type and degree of abnormal indicators.

Blood routine examination is a routine item of the physical examination for employment, mainly detecting indicators such as red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets, etc. Minor abnormalities in indicators such as mild anemia or temporary leukocytosis usually do not affect employment. This type of situation may be related to physiological factors such as recent fatigue and irregular diet, and most can be restored to normal after re examination. But if there is severe anemia with hemoglobin below 80g/L, significant increase in white blood cell count with left shift of the nucleus, platelet count below 50 × 10 ^ 9/L, and other obvious abnormalities, the employer may require further clarification of the cause.
