What causes high blood pressure

High blood pressure is usually caused by factors such as arteriosclerosis, decreased vascular elasticity, or enhanced cardiac pumping function, and needs to be managed through medication, lifestyle adjustments, and regular monitoring. Atherosclerosis is one of the main causes of high blood pressure. 5. Environmental factors such as high salt diet, lack of exercise, and excessive stress can also lead to high blood pressure. Reducing salt intake, increasing physical activity, and learning relaxation techniques such as meditation or deep breathing can help control blood pressure. High blood pressure is a common health problem that requires comprehensive management from multiple aspects. By adjusting lifestyle, rational medication, and regular monitoring, high blood pressure can be effectively controlled and the risk of cardiovascular disease can be reduced.
