Ingredients: 1 pair of Flammulina velutipes, 1 piece of meat inside, salt, chicken essence, pepper, and Meiji Fresh Soy Sauce.

Method: 1. Cut off the roots of shiitake mushrooms, shred the cleaned meat pieces, and marinate with wet starch, salt, chicken essence, and pepper for 10 minutes.

2. Squeeze out the water from the cleaned mushrooms and cut them into sections.

3. Heat up the oil in a hot pot, slide in the marinated shredded meat and stir fry. Once the color changes slightly, turn off the heat and use the remaining heat to cook the shredded meat.

4. Put oil in the pot, heat it up, pour in the enoki mushrooms and stir fry (add water appropriately to moisten the ingredients).

5. Stir fry until the mushrooms are soft, add salt, chicken essence, and delicious soy sauce. Before serving, add the pre fried shredded meat and stir fry together.
