These 27 symptoms and factors are:1. Frequently feeling tired and forgetful;2. Sudden decrease in alcohol tolerance, even when drinking, one does not feel any flavor;

5. Insomnia due to fatigue and depression;
6. Being irritable and angry even with small things;
7. Frequent headaches and chest tightness;

10. Have dinner and drink almost every night;
11. Drink at least 5 cups of coffee a day;
