Health self-assessment: Are you approaching a state of sub-health?

The population that is prone to sub-health is mostly between the ages of 18 and 45, with urban white-collar workers being the majority. People in this age group can be said to be the busiest group, facing social activities such as college entrance examination, business management, business socializing, job competition, interpersonal communication, etc. They are under a lot of pressure and are in a tense and fast-paced environment for a long time. If they cannot scientifically self treat and self care, they are prone to physical and mental exhaustion, which can lead to physical illness. Here is a set of sub-healthself testing methodsto see if you have the following conditions:

1. Early appearance of "military belly". People aged 30-50 with a large belly are a sign of maturity and a companion to high blood lipids, fatty liver, hypertension, and coronary heart disease.

2. Frequently go to the bathroom. If you are between the ages of 30 and 40 and excrete more frequently than normal, it indicates that your digestive and urinary systems are beginning to decline.

3. Hair loss, alopecia areata, and premature baldness. Every time I wash my hair, a lot of hair falls out, which is caused by high work pressure and mental stress.

4. Memory loss, starting to forget the names of acquaintances.

5. Decreased sexual ability. Premature onset of lower back and leg pain, decreased libido, or premature amenorrhea in both men and women are the first signs of overall physical decline in middle-aged individuals.

6. Often regretting, being irritable, irritable, pessimistic, and having difficulty controlling one's emotions when doing things.

7. Mental arithmetic ability is getting worse and worse.

8. Not pleasing to the eye, irritable, and prone to getting angry.

9. Lack of concentration and decreasing ability to concentrate.

10. Being unhappy about disrupting one's life routine and always wanting to restore it to its original state. Repeatedly thinking and checking on things that have already been completed and problems that have already been figured out, while oneself is troubled by this repetition.

11. When wanting to do something, inexplicably losing focus and thinking in one's mind, making it difficult to concentrate.

12. Sleeping time is getting shorter and shorter, and waking up without getting tired.

13. Being in a sensitive and tense state, fearing and avoiding someone, a place, something, or something.

14. Easy to fatigue, or feel a lack of energy and physical strength for no apparent reason.

15. There is some discomfort or pain on the body, but the doctor cannot find the problem and still does not feel at ease, always thinking about it.

16. When feeling down, one may faint, lose control of their emotions and behavior, and even suddenly become speechless, unable to see, holding their breath, and experiencing muscle spasms.

17. Feeling low and heavy, unhappy all day long, unable to muster energy and interest in work, study, entertainment, and life.

18. Very annoyed, but may not know why it is bothering; Doing other things often cannot distract attention from troubles, which means troubles seem to be unavoidable.

19. Afraid of socializing with others, disgusted with crowds, lacking confidence in front of others, feeling nervous or uncomfortable.

20. Feeling that others are not good, that they don't understand you, and that they are mocking or opposing you. After the incident, one can perceive that they have too many things to do and have taken advantage of the situation.

You can refer to the above "signals" for self-examination. If you have two or less of the above, it will be a "yellow light" warning period, and there is currently no need to worry. If A has the above 3-5 items, it is a "red light" forecast period. Individuals with more than B 6 items are considered to have a second "red light" danger period and can be classified as "fatigue syndrome". There are three other types of people who are prone to "overwork and death": first, wealthy (powerful) people, especially those who only know how to consume but not how to take care of themselves; Secondly, there are people with a strong sense of career ambition, especially those who can be called "workaholics"; The third type is people with a genetic predisposition to premature death who consider themselves physically healthy.
