Premature ejaculation refers to sexual dysfunction caused by premature ejaculation before or shortly after the penis enters the vagina, before the female reaches orgasm. In clinical practice, premature ejaculation is diagnosed when the penis ejaculates before entering the vagina during erection. Those who are able to enter the vagina for sexual intercourse and ejaculate quickly are also considered premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation can be classified into three levels based on its severity: severe premature ejaculation, moderate premature ejaculation, and mild premature ejaculation Various conditions have the following symptoms:
Mild premature ejaculation
1. Basic normal sexual desire
2. Rapid stimulation of the sensitive area of the penis
3. Strong erection of the penis during sexual intercourse
4. Fair frequency of sexual intercourse
5. Decreased sexual pleasure compared to before
6. Poor quality of sexual life
7. Inability to cooperate with partner to control ejaculation within 1 minute or less than 2 minutes after inserting the penis into the vagina
8. 6 out of 10 sexual encounters
Moderate premature ejaculation
1. Decreased sexual desire
2. Rapid stimulation of the sensitive area of the penis
3. Strong erection of the penis during sexual intercourse
4. Normal penetration of the penis into the vagina
5. There is a significant reduction in sexual intercourse, with only one or two occurrences per month
6. Sexual pleasure subsides
7. The ejaculation time after penetration into the vagina is between 30 seconds and 1 minute and 30 seconds. During 8 out of 10 sexual encounters, there were 8 instances where the partner was unable to control ejaculation.
Severe premature ejaculation
1. Loss of sexual desire
2. Stimulating the "sensitive area" with silver hands, causing erectile dysfunction [SEP].
