Health Self Test: What is your biological age?

Ah, I'm getting old! "Many adults often exclaim in the mirror. But they don't know whether they are really old or how old their biological age is. Now, scientists in London have solved this problem by inventing a method forage testing. According to the Daily Mirror in the UK, this method of testing physiological age is divided into six ways. First, test each method separately, and then take the average of the six test results to obtain physiological age.One is pupil size. The older you get, the smaller your pupils become. A pupil length of 4 millimeters is 30 years old, and 2 millimeters is 60 years old. Due to the contraction of the pupils under strong light, measurements should be taken under normal light conditions. The second is the level of brain activity. Countdown from 100 to zero, every 7 digits (100, 93, 86...), and record the time taken. If the time is less than 20 seconds, it means your biological age is under 40 years old, and if the time is between 25 seconds and 40 seconds, it means your biological age is not over 60 years old.

The third is the corneal ring. Looking in the mirror at the eyeball, you will find a white curve around the cornea, and the older the curve, the older it becomes. When the physiological age reaches 80 years old, a complete corneal ring will be found.

The fourth is skin elasticity. Pinch the skin on the back of your hand for 1 minute and then relax. Record the time it takes for the skin to return to its normal state. The older the skin, the longer the recovery time. If the recovery time is less than 1 second, it indicates that the physiological age is less than 20 years old. If it is longer than this, 1 to 2 seconds is 30 years old, 3 to 4 seconds is 40 years old, 5 to 10 seconds is 50 years old, 11 to 30 seconds is 60 years old, 33 to 45 seconds is 70 years old, and more than 45 seconds is 80 years old.

Number five is reaction time. Catch a fallen 45 centimeter ruler as soon as possible and record the scale when you grab the ruler. The younger the age, the shorter the reaction time. Less than 14 centimeters means no more than 20 years old, 15 to 24 centimeters means 30 years old, 25 to 29 centimeters means 40 years old, 30 to 35 centimeters means 50 years old, and over 40 centimeters means 60 years old.

Six is balance. Stand with your left foot, bend your right leg at a 45 degree angle, place your hands on your hips, close your eyes, record the time it takes for your right foot to land out of balance, do this 3 times, and calculate the average time. 60 to 69 seconds is 30 years old, 50 to 59 seconds is 40 years old, 40 to 49 seconds is 50 years old, 30 to 39 seconds is 60 years old, 20 to 29 seconds is 70 years old, and less than 19 seconds is 80 years old.
