The occurrence of hidden pain in the liver area is related to liver enlargement, liver capsule tension, or inflammatory response. Mild fatty liver usually has no obvious symptoms, but as fat accumulation worsens or inflammation occurs, some patients may feel dull or bloating pain in the upper right abdomen.
