Do babies need rehabilitation training for breast examination

Whether a baby's chest needs rehabilitation training during a physical examination depends on the severity of the chest and whether it affects cardiovascular function. Mild chicken breast usually does not require special rehabilitation training, and intervention should be carried out according to medical advice when it is moderate to severe or accompanied by symptoms of cardiopulmonary compression. Chicken breast may be related to vitamin D deficiency, genetic factors, or abnormal chest development. Mild chicken breast presents as slight anterior protrusion of the sternum, which does not affect cardiopulmonary function and mostly improves on its own with growth and development. Daily supplementation of vitamin D and calcium supplements, moderate sun exposure can promote bone development, and avoid sleeping on the stomach or excessive weight-bearing. Regular follow-up monitoring of chest changes is sufficient.

Moderate to severe chicken breasts may lead to significant chest deformities or compression of the heart and lungs, resulting in symptoms such as shortness of breath after activity and recurrent respiratory infections. At this point, a plan should be developed under the guidance of a pediatric or thoracic surgeon, which may include customized orthopedic braces, physical therapy, or surgical correction. Rehabilitation training should be designed by professional rehabilitation therapists, such as respiratory training, posture correction exercises, etc., to avoid blind exercise on one's own. Parents should regularly check their babies' chest development, maintain a balanced diet, and ensure daily outdoor activities. If the baby is found to have difficulty breathing, decreased exercise endurance, or recurrent infections, it is necessary to seek medical evaluation in a timely manner. Avoid using supplements or orthopedic devices on your own to avoid delaying treatment or worsening bone abnormalities.
