Although running is beneficial for a healthy way of exercise, it is necessary to scientifically arrange the intensity of exercise and recovery time. The feeling of aging after running is common in people who have been running high-intensity for a long time and neglect physical recovery. During exercise, a large amount of free radicals are produced in the body. If antioxidant substances are not replenished in a timely manner, it may accelerate cellular oxidative damage.
