Lidong moxibustion has better effects on acupoints such as Guanyuan, Zusanli, Shenshu, Dazhui, and Yongquan, which can help warm yang, drive away cold, and enhance immunity.
1. Guanyuan acupoint
Guanyuan acupoint is located three inches below the navel and is an important acupoint on the Ren meridian. Moxibustion of this acupoint can tonify vital energy, warm and nourish the lower burner.
