What to eat to improve Yin dryness

Yin dryness may be related to factors such as insufficient body fluids, yin deficiency, and excessive fire. It is recommended to eat foods such as Tremella fuciformis, Lily, Pear, Yam, Goji Berry in moderation, or follow medical advice to take medications such as Liuwei Dihuang Wan, Zhibai Dihuang Wan, Maiwei Dihuang Wan, Shengmai Yin, and Yangyin Qingfei Wan.
