Eating high protein, high fiber, low sugar, and low-fat foods is relatively easy to lose weight. At the same time, attention should be paid to balanced diet and reasonable exercise, as follows:
1. High protein diet: Eating an appropriate amount of high-quality protein can ensure the normal growth and development of cells and tissues in the body. Generally, fish, chickens, ducks, poultry, egg whites, milk, etc. can be chosen;

2. High fiber diet: Fiber is beneficial for promoting bowel movements and can accelerate the body's metabolism. Dietary fiber can increase the excretion of fat in feces, and can generally be chosen from vegetables, dragon fruit, bananas, etc;
3. Low sugar diet: carbohydrates are more likely to deposit in the form of fat, so sucrose, maltose, candied fruits, and desserts should be eaten as little as possible or avoided. Common low sugar foods include lemon, bayberry, and wax apple;

4. Low fat diet: It is recommended to eat less high-fat foods such as fatty meat, animal meat, and fried and greasy foods. Plant oils high in unsaturated fatty acids, such as soybean oil, corn oil, rapeseed oil, etc., should be selected. Animal fats, such as lard and butter, should be avoided.
