There are many factors that can trigger "internal heat". Excessive emotional fluctuations, heatstroke, catching a cold, catching a cold, indulging in smoking and drinking, as well as consuming spicy foods such as onions, ginger, garlic, and chili peppers, overeating fatty foods such as lamb and dog meat, and poisoning and lack of sleep can all cause "internal heat". Traditional Chinese medicine refers to the symptoms of excessive heat in the upper part of the body, such as dizziness and sore throat, as "upper burner fire", the middle part, such as restlessness, thirst, and epigastric pain, as "middle burner fire", and the lower part, such as constipation and red urine, as "lower burner fire".Then open the orifices according to the organs, calling red and swollen eyes "liver fire", nasal fan wheezing "lung fire", mouth and tongue sores "heart fire", and so on.
Treatment for "upper fire" should pay attention to two points: first, choose traditional Chinese medicine instead of blindly using Western medicine. Because the former focuses on regulating the whole body to address the root cause, while the latter can only treat the symptoms and targets accordingly. The second is to treat according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine based on syndrome differentiation. For the treatment of "Zhongjiao Huo", it is advisable to use Qingwei San, for the treatment of "Xinhuo", Daochi San, and for the treatment of "Shi Huo", Sanhuang tablets, Niuhuang Jiedu tablets, and other medicines should be used to relieve fire. It is best to do so under the leadership of a doctor. If you see "Huo", use Sanhuang tablets or the like, sometimes it does not work and can be counterproductive. If there is a therapy that is both healthy and enjoyable, then you must try it!
