The second day after sexual intercourse, lower back pain may be related to factors such as muscle strain, pelvic congestion, urinary system infection, lumbar spine lesions, kidney deficiency, etc. It can be relieved through methods such as hot compress rest, anti infection treatment, and traditional Chinese medicine conditioning.
1. Muscle strain
Continuous tension and contraction of the waist and back muscles during sexual activity may lead to lactic acid accumulation and cause soreness.
