Overflow of soybean milk when the wall breaking machine is beating is usually caused by overloading of capacity or improper proportion of food ingredients, mainly due to excessive soybean milk, unbalanced proportion of soybean water, high heating temperature, aging of sealing ring, and unstable voltage.

1. Too much soybean milk

It is recommended to control the amount of dried beans within 80 grams and add water to two-thirds of the cup body. The volume of soybeans increases after soaking, and sufficient space should be reserved to prevent boiling and splashing.
2. Unbalanced proportion of soybean water
Too little water will increase the viscosity of soybean milk, and bubbles are not easy to break and form foam accumulation when boiling. The ideal ratio is dry beans 1: water 12, measured accurately using a measuring cup. Adding a small amount of glutinous rice or oats can reduce surface tension, but it is necessary to correspondingly reduce the amount of beans used to avoid sticking the bottom.
3. Excessive heating temperature
Some models may cause severe local boiling when the heating power exceeds 800W. The temperature rise of Wugu soybean milk mode is more gentle than that of fast soybean milk mode. Suspending mixing halfway is helpful for heat dissipation. When the foam rises to the warning line, the gear can be manually lowered.

4. Aging of sealing ring
Silicone sealing ring may deform or crack after six months of use, and steam leakage from the gap may reduce the internal pressure balance ability. Regularly check the elasticity of the sealing ring and ensure that it is fully inserted into the groove during installation. Untightening the cup lid can also lead to insufficient pressure and cause overflow.
5. Unstable voltage
When the voltage fluctuation of the power grid exceeds 220V ± 10%, the heating tube of the wall breaking machine works abnormally and causes boiling. Use a regulated power supply or avoid production during peak electricity hours. It is recommended to test the voltage of household circuits in old communities, and in case of abnormalities, switch to cold mode to avoid heating loss of control.

New beans of the same year are selected for production and fully soaked for 8 hours, which can reduce the beany smell and foam. At the initial stage, a small amount of material was fed to test the performance of the machine. After completion, the residual blade group was immediately cleaned to prevent scaling. In winter, beans can be soaked in warm water in advance to improve the milk yield. In summer, it is recommended to refrigerate soybean milk for no more than 24 hours.
