The method of making steamed sea bass

1. Material Selection

Choose fresh sea bass with intact body, clear fish eyes, and bright red gills. You can gently insert chopsticks into the thickest part of the fish meat, which can be easily penetrated without any blood seeping out.

5. Dish Decoration

After steaming the fish, pour out the broth from the plate and sprinkle with fresh scallions and cilantro. Heat a small amount of cooking oil in another pot, pour it over the fish, and stimulate the aroma of scallions and ginger. Finally, you can drizzle a little steamed fish soy sauce or light soy sauce to enhance the freshness. Steamed sea bass is a low-fat and high protein healthy dish suitable for all types of people.
