Is there any remedy for the problem of undercooked rice

The rice cooked sandwich can be processed by means of stewing, adding water and re steaming, stir frying and heating, microwave oven remedy, making Fried Rice, etc.

1. Return to the pot and simmer

Pour the undercooked rice into the pot, add a small amount of warm water, and the amount of water should be just enough to cover the surface of the rice. 5. Making Fried Rice

To prevent undercooked rice, attention should be paid to the ratio of rice to water. Japonica rice is usually added with water in a ratio of 1:1.2, while brown rice needs to be increased to 1:1.5. Soak the rice grains for half an hour after washing to allow them to absorb water, and avoid opening the lid frequently during cooking. When using an electric rice cooker, ensure that the bottom of the inner pot is in full contact with the heating plate. After tripping, let it simmer for ten minutes before opening the lid. If the phenomenon of undercooking occurs repeatedly, you can check the sealing of the cookware or try replacing it with high-quality rice. Processed undercooked rice should be consumed as soon as possible to avoid prolonged storage and bacterial growth.
