How to stir fry shredded carrots to make them delicious

The key to stir frying shredded carrots lies in controlling the heat and pairing with seasonings. By slicing evenly and stir frying quickly over high heat, the crispy and tender taste can be preserved. There are five key points: knife handling, oil temperature control, seasoning sequence, selection of side dishes, and timing of serving.

1. Knife Processing
