How to repair the non stick and sticky pot of Maifanshi

Maifanshi non stick pot can be restored to its function by cleaning, reheating, coating repair, and other methods after sticking to the pot. The sticking of the wheat rice stone pot may be caused by high temperature dry burning, oil film damage, sharp object scratching, long-term lack of maintenance, or coating aging.

1. After cleaning the

sticking pot, immediately soak it in warm water to soften any remaining food. Avoid using steel wire balls, choose a soft cloth or sponge with neutral detergent to gently scrub. Stubborn stains can be boiled with a small amount of baking soda and left to settle, using weak alkalinity to dissolve carbides. After cleaning, thoroughly air dry to prevent rust and corrosion.

2. Reopen the pot.

Clean the pot and wipe off the water. Heat over low to medium heat until the water evaporates. Pour in cooking oil and evenly apply it to the pot wall. Continue heating until slight smoke appears, then turn off the heat and let it cool naturally to form an oil film. This process can be repeated two to three times and can effectively rebuild the anti sticking layer.

3. Coating Repair

Local coating peeling can be filled with food grade silicone repair agent, which can be restored to use after curing according to the product instructions. Large scale damage requires contacting the manufacturer for professional repair. Self repair may pose a risk of releasing harmful substances at high temperatures. After repair, it is necessary to boil the pot again for maintenance.

4. Avoid scratching

Choose wooden or silicone kitchenware for daily use to avoid collisions with metal shovels. Do not use hard cleaning tools during cleaning, and separate and stack them with a soft cloth during storage. Before cooking, ensure that the ingredients are completely thawed. Directly putting frozen food into the pot can easily cause coating peeling.

5. Regular maintenance

Perform oil film maintenance once a month, clean it promptly after cooking to avoid the accumulation of oil stains. Control the heat not to exceed the maximum temperature marked on the pot body, and the idle burning time not to exceed three minutes. When not in use for a long time, apply edible oil and seal for storage to prevent oxidation.

When using a rice stone pot in daily life, pay attention to cooking over low to medium heat and avoid stir frying at high temperatures. It is recommended to boil and maintain the new pot three times before use to enhance its anti sticking properties. Clean immediately after cooking foods with high sugar content, as sugar carbonization can damage the coating. If the phenomenon of sticking to the pot frequently occurs or the coating peels off on a large area, it is recommended to replace the pot with a new one to ensure food safety. The service life of a properly maintained rice stone pot can reach more than two years.
