3. Massage

Massage the front 1/3 depression of the foot of Yongquan acupoint for 3 minutes before going to bed every day, combined with kneading and pressing 3 inches above the tip of the inner ankle of Sanyinjiao. Using a gentle circular technique with fingertips, operate each acupoint for 1-2 minutes, which can ignite the fire and restore the essence. Pinch the bladder on both sides of the spine 5 times, and perform a one-way operation from the caudal vertebra to the Dazhui acupoint to regulate the balance of yin and yang in the organs. Pay attention to maintaining a suitable room temperature and drink a small amount of warm water after massage.

Establish a fixed bedtime ritual, such as soaking feet in warm water for 10 minutes, with the water temperature not exceeding 40 ℃.
