Avoid strenuous activities within 2 weeks after surgery and regularly review and evaluate the healing situation. After surgical correction, it is necessary to cooperate with rehabilitation training to prevent the recurrence of scar contracture. Regardless of the treatment method used, attention should be paid to the cleanliness and hygiene of the perineum to avoid secondary infections. Sexual activity should be prohibited for 1-2 months during the postoperative recovery period, and regular follow-up evaluations should be conducted to assess functional recovery.
