Cream mixed with milk is suitable for dessert decoration or coffee toppers that do not require high fluffiness. If you need to make stable finished products such as cake plastering and piping, it is recommended to use pure cream directly. A small amount of sugar powder can be added during the mixing process to help stabilize the foam structure, but the sweetness needs to be controlled. When storing, it should be refrigerated and used within 2 days to avoid spoilage caused by milk ingredients. Lactose intolerant individuals can choose to mix plant-based cream with lactose free milk, but the difficulty of whipping will further increase.
