Why does the treadmill run one meal at a time

The occurrence of intermittent running on a treadmill is usually related to insufficient motor power, belt slippage, or insufficient lubrication of the running belt. Abnormal operation of the treadmill may be caused by factors such as motor aging, belt looseness, belt deviation, unstable voltage, and bearing wear. The treadmill motor is the core power source, and long-term high load operation may cause carbon brush wear or coil aging, manifested as fluctuating speed during operation. Regularly check the thickness of the motor carbon brush, and replace it if the wear exceeds two-thirds. Insufficient belt tension can cause slippage between the driving and driven wheels, especially during acceleration. Use a tension meter to measure the tightness of the belt, and the standard value should be able to press down 1-2 centimeters. The lack of lubricating silicone oil between the running belt and the running board can increase frictional resistance, leading to intermittent jamming. Clean the running belt every three months and apply specialized lubricant, with a dosage of approximately 5 milliliters per meter. The deviation of the running belt will intensify the friction on one side. Observe whether the running belt is centered and correct it by adjusting the bolt on the rear roller. When the household voltage is below 200 volts, the motor may experience jerking due to insufficient power. It is recommended to use it in conjunction with a voltage regulator. Daily maintenance can extend the lifespan of the treadmill. Before each use, check if the running belt is flat to avoid foreign objects getting stuck in the rollers. After the exercise, wipe the running belt with a dry cloth and add lubricating oil to the bearings every quarter. If the problem persists after self adjustment, it is recommended to contact professional maintenance personnel to inspect the circuit board or replace worn parts. Do not operate with electricity to prevent electric shock.
