Moderate consumption of Wuhong Tang by women can help replenish blood, nourish appearance, and improve qi and blood deficiency. Wuhong Tang is made by boiling five red ingredients: red beans, red peanuts, red dates, goji berries, and brown sugar. Its main functions include promoting blood circulation, relieving fatigue, regulating endocrine function, enhancing immunity, and delaying aging.

1. Nourish blood and skin
Red beans and red skinned peanuts are rich in iron, which can help improve iron deficiency anemia. Red dates and goji berries contain various antioxidant components, which can reduce the damage of free radicals to the skin. Long term consumption can make the complexion rosy and radiant. Brown sugar provides a quick energy supplement, especially suitable for women after menstruation or postpartum adjustment.
2. Improving Qi and Blood Deficiency
