Abdominal weight loss massage mainly promotes local blood circulation and gastrointestinal peristalsis through specific techniques. Common techniques include circular kneading, pushing the abdomen, pinching, trembling, and acupoints.

1. Circular Rubbing

With the navel as the center, use your palm or fingertips to knead in a clockwise direction for 3-5 minutes. Place the palm flat on the abdomen and vibrate rapidly and slightly for 1-2 minutes, with a frequency of about 120 times per minute. Tremor technique accelerates the metabolism of deep fat cells through mechanical vibration, suitable for those with thick subcutaneous fat. During operation, it is necessary to keep the shoulders relaxed and avoid stiffening with force. Patients with lumbar spine diseases should use caution.

Fifth, Point Acupoints

Use the thumb to press on acupoints such as Zhongwan, Tianshu, and Guanyuan, and continue to press each acupoint for 30 seconds. Acupoint stimulation can regulate spleen and stomach function and reduce visceral fat accumulation.
