The weight loss effect of a liposuction machine is limited and cannot replace scientific weight loss methods. The liposuction machine mainly stimulates local muscle contraction through passive vibration, which may briefly promote blood circulation, but cannot directly decompose fat or burn enough calories. The mechanical vibration generated by the liposuction machine may create a warm sensation in the area of use, and this passive movement has a much lower intensity of muscle stimulation than active movement. Fat breakdown requires aerobic exercise to burn calories to form an energy gap, and a fat pump cannot achieve the required heart rate and metabolic rate increase for sustained fat burning. Some studies have shown that passive vibration training may slightly improve muscle strength and flexibility, but has little effect on body fat percentage.

Overreliance on a liposuction machine may pose health risks. High frequency vibration may cause visceral resonance, and long-term use may lead to lumbar disc injury or joint strain. Some people may experience discomfort such as dizziness and nausea after use. There are clear contraindications to using a liposuction machine for patients with pacemakers, pregnant women, or osteoporosis. Scientific weight loss requires a combination of dietary control and exercise. It is recommended to engage in moderate intensity aerobic exercise for at least 150 minutes per week, such as brisk walking, swimming, or cycling, in conjunction with 2-3 resistance training sessions per week. Maintain a daily calorie deficit of around 500 calories in diet, and prioritize high protein and high dietary fiber foods. The liposuction machine can be used as an auxiliary relaxation tool, but it should not be used for more than 15 minutes each time and should avoid the spine and head area. Any discomfort symptoms should be immediately discontinued, and it is recommended to regularly monitor changes in body fat percentage and muscle mass during the weight loss process.
