A male left ventricle of 57mm is considered mildly enlarged and requires clinical evaluation of cardiac function. 1. Hypertensive heart disease:

4. Exercise load factors:

Endurance athletes may experience physiological left ventricular enlargement, but wall thickness usually increases synchronously. This adaptive change is reversible after stopping training and needs to be distinguished from pathological enlargement through exercise load testing.

5. Effects of metabolic syndrome:

visceral fat accumulation can increase levels of inflammatory factors, indirectly promoting myocardial remodeling. Combining insulin resistance is more likely to accelerate the process of ventricular dilation, and weight management is a basic intervention measure.
