Pineapple honey juice can be gently rubbed with neutral detergent and warm water when sticking to down jacket. The main treatment methods include cold water pre washing, soaking in neutral detergent, local rubbing, rinsing with clean water, and drying in a cool place.

1. Cold water pre washing
When it is found that the down jacket is contaminated with pineapple honey juice, the back of the stain should be immediately washed with cold water. Cold water can prevent the sugar and protein in the juice from solidifying due to heat, and prevent stains from penetrating deep into the fibers of down jackets. When rinsing, keep the water flow direction penetrating from the inside to the outside of the fabric, and use water pressure to bring the juice out of the fabric gaps. This step can remove most of the surface residue.
2. Soak in neutral detergent
Fully immerse the stained area of the down jacket in warm water below 30 ℃, and add an appropriate amount of neutral detergent to dissolve. Neutral detergent can effectively decompose sugar substances without damaging the down oil layer, and the soaking time is controlled within 15 minutes. During this period, gently press the clothing to help the solution penetrate, but avoid stirring vigorously to prevent down clumping.
3. Local Rubbing
For stubborn stain areas, use a soft bristled brush dipped in detergent solution to gently scrub in one direction. Pay attention to keeping the brushing direction consistent with the fabric texture to prevent damage to the waterproof coating. If the stain has oxidized and turned yellow, a small amount of oxygen bleach can be added as an auxiliary treatment, but the color fastness of the fabric needs to be tested in an inconspicuous place first.

4. Rinse with clean water
Rinse repeatedly with a large amount of clean water until there is no detergent residue. Focus on the inspection of joints and other areas where foam is easy to hide. The soaking squeezing cycle can be adopted to ensure the cleanliness of the down inside. The rinsing water temperature should be consistent with the soaking temperature to avoid fabric shrinkage caused by alternating hot and cold temperatures.
5. Dry in a cool place
After washing, lay the down jacket flat in a ventilated and cool place to dry, and regularly pat the filling to prevent clumping. After complete drying, low-temperature steam ironing can be used to restore the flatness of the fabric, but the distance between the iron and the clothing should be kept at least 5 centimeters. Avoid direct sunlight or drying, as high temperatures can cause residual sugar to char and damage the down structure. After cleaning, down jackets should be hung in a dry environment for storage and regularly checked for mold or insect infestation. When eating jackfruit daily, you can wear an apron or sleeve to prevent juice splashing. If the stain area is too large or contains other mixed dirt, it is recommended to send it to a professional laundry for treatment. Keeping down jackets clean not only extends their lifespan, but also prevents sugar residue from attracting mosquitoes and insects.
