How to make ass hide glue cake from pig skin

Pig skin can be boiled into tonic food similar to ass hide glue cake, but traditional ass hide glue needs to be boiled with donkey skin. Pig skin is rich in collagen, which can be made into jelly through boiling, degreasing, concentration and other steps. It can simulate the taste and nutrition of ass hide glue cake with black sesame, walnut and other accessories.

When boiling pig skin glue, it is necessary to choose fresh and non spoiled pig skin, thoroughly clean the hair and fat layer. Cut pig skin into strips and blanch to remove fishy smell. Add water and simmer over low heat until viscous. Filter impurities and continue to concentrate into a gel solution. During the process, a small amount of yellow wine can be added to help remove fishy odors and enhance aroma, but the proportion should be controlled to avoid affecting solidification. Mix the boiled pigskin gelatin solution with rock sugar, red dates, goji berries and other ingredients while hot, pour it into a mold to shape, and slice it into pieces.

Because of the special molecular structure of donkey skin collagen, the traditional ass hide glue is superior to pig skin collagen in its blood enriching effect. Pig skin glue is more suitable as a daily collagen supplement, which can help improve skin dryness and joint lubrication. However, it should be noted that the fat content of pig skin is relatively high, and people with three highs should control their consumption. When making, it can be paired with digestive ingredients such as hawthorn and tangerine peel to promote fat metabolism.

Pig skin ass hide glue cake is recommended to be consumed no more than 50g per day to avoid eating with strong tea and radish and affecting absorption. Not suitable for consumption during periods of damp heat constitution or cold fever. If the traditional ass hide glue efficacy is pursued, it is recommended to choose ass hide glue products produced by regular pharmaceutical enterprises to ensure that the raw materials and processes meet the pharmacopoeia standards. When homemade, longan, mulberries, and other foods can be added to enhance the blood nourishing effect, but long-term moderate consumption is necessary to show the nourishing effect.
