A liposuction machine cannot truly lose weight, and long-term improper use may cause harm to the body. The liposuction machine mainly passively consumes heat through vibration, and cannot replace the energy consumption and metabolic enhancement generated by active movement. Its weight loss effect lacks scientific basis. Improper use may lead to risks such as muscle damage, joint strain, or visceral oscillation. Although the high-frequency vibration of the liposuction machine can briefly accelerate local blood circulation, it cannot decompose fat cells. Fat consumption requires active triggering of metabolic processes through aerobic exercise or strength training, while passive vibration can only generate slight heat consumption, which is much less effective than low-intensity exercise such as slow walking. The concepts of shock lipolysis and shock lipolysis promoted by some products lack medical evidence to support them. Continuous high-frequency vibration may cause muscle fiber micro damage, manifested as post exercise soreness or weakness. For individuals with osteoporosis and lumbar disc herniation, vibration may increase bone burden. Internal organs may experience temporary displacement under strong vibrations, and immediate use after meals may cause gastrointestinal discomfort. Some users may experience skin friction injuries or vibration allergic reactions.

It is recommended to manage weight through scientific diet control and regular exercise. Adults should engage in 150 minutes of moderate intensity aerobic exercise per week. If a liposuction machine is needed, it should not be used for more than 15 minutes at a time, and should not be used on an empty or full stomach. It is contraindicated for patients with osteoporosis. When experiencing dizziness, nausea, or persistent muscle pain, immediately discontinue use and seek medical attention.
