Can the induction cooker panel still be used if it's burnt

After the electromagnetic stove panel is burnt, it can generally continue to be used, but it depends on the degree of burning and whether the function is damaged. When the slight burning does not affect the heating function, it can be cleaned before use. If there is panel cracking, touch failure, or abnormal heating, it is recommended to stop using it.

The burning of induction cooker panels is often caused by food spillage, high-temperature carbonization, or prolonged dry burning. When slightly burnt, special cleaning agents or baking soda paste can be used to wipe, avoiding the use of hard objects such as steel wire balls to scrape and damage the ceramic panel. After cleaning, check the sensitivity and heating uniformity of the touch buttons, and confirm that there are no functional abnormalities before they can be used normally. Some induction cooker panels have high-temperature resistant coatings, which may reduce the anti sticking performance after burning but do not affect basic use. If burnt, accompanied by panel cracks, local bulges, or exposed internal components, continued use may result in the risk of electric leakage or short circuit. Malfunction of the touch area, abnormal noise during heating, or temperature loss of control are all serious fault manifestations that require immediate shutdown and contact with after-sales maintenance. Some models may trigger overheating protection devices to automatically shut down after burning, and if they cannot work properly after repeated restarts, professional maintenance is required.

When using an induction cooker in daily life, it is advisable to avoid dry burning with an empty pot, and promptly turn off the power to clean up after cooking if the pot overflows. Choose a flat bottomed cookware to ensure that the bottom fully contacts the panel, and regularly check the status of the power cord and heat dissipation holes. If the panel shows obvious discoloration or local overheating, it is recommended to inspect it in advance instead of forcing it to be used, in order to eliminate safety hazards.
